AMS and NWA Seals of Approval
With 16 years of experience and seals of approval from the NWA and AMS, I have the experience and expertise your weather team needs to stay on top. My forecast driven delivery is rich in scientific explanation, so viewers not only know what to expect, but why and how to prepare for it. When the weather heads south, I deliver what viewers need most; a calm and reassuring voice to coach them through the storm. On quiet weather days, I am not afraid to have a little fun by going live out in the community or doing the one and only "Hairday Forecast." Behind the scenes, I own all forms of social media, and understand the value of teamwork during severe weather situations. Please click the resume button below and let me put my experience and winning attitude to work for your weather team.

Recent Work
Weather is my passion. At the age of 10, I watched a snow storm outside my window, made my own forecast and discovered a new dream. Getting you prepared for whatever the weather may offer is my top priority. With a meteorology degree from Florida State University, one of the toughest meteorology schools in the country, I have the science and work ethic to succeed.
When I am not on the air, I love to visit local schools to give weather talks and hopefully influence young people in a positive way as they pursue dreams of their own.
At home, my wife Abby and I are blessed to have a four year old boy along with two cats, Winnie and Baby Kitty, who both think they are human. The most unique member of the family passed away a little over a year ago. Dovey was a 29-year-old ring neck dove that I rescued from my cat as a young boy. He was quite possibly the world's oldest ring neck dove. In fact, the United States had five presidents during Dovey's lifetime!
In my free time, I love playing tennis, working out, running, and attending Florida State football games, but being a Dad is far and away my favorite way to spend time away from work.
